Baby Bib Pet Dress

A baby bib is just the right size for a small dog or cat dress! Measure the bottom of the baby bib and cut off the edge of a pillowcase just longer than needed. Cut a strip of ribbon or sew a piece of fabric into the waistband of the dress and waistband over the bottom of the baby bib. Scrunch the pillowcase as you sew it onto the waistband to give the dress the ruffled look.
