Bookcase Mouse House

Convert a bookcase into a convenient mouse house! Find a long cubby bookshelf or install cross shelves into a bookshelf. Remove the back of the bookcase and replace the back with a sheet of Plexiglass. Cut a hole in each wall for the various rooms to connect and install bridges, ladders and other climbing structures for your mice to traverse between holes. Drill four wood boards into a door frame for each shelf area, cover the doors with mesh and install the doors on hinges. Furnish your mouse condo with nests, toys, exercise equipment and bedding.
