CD Spindle Case Hamster Wheel

Convert a CD case into a rodent exercise wheel! Cut a piece of wood board just taller than the CD case cover, drill a hole through the center of the board and insert a bearing. Cut off the edge of the wheel for the edge to be flat and carve lines around the inside of the CD case for your pet to grip the wheel. Attach a bolt, nut and washers to the center of the case as a spindle and insert the spindle in the bearing. Attach a strong magnet along the top of the back of the wood board and use a second magnet to hold the homemade hamster wheel against the wall of your cage.
