Bar Stool Scratching Post

Turn a bar stool into a scratching post station for your cat or kitten! Wipe a leg of the bar stool with glue. Starting at the top, wrap the first section of rope over the end of the rope to hold the end in place. Continue wrapping the rope around the leg, frequently pushing the ropes upwards to make the wrap as solid as possible. Repeat the process to wrap the remaining bar stool legs and the upper rungs with rope, then wrap another piece of rope around the lower rungs of the bar stool to create a shelf for your cat.
