DIY Elastic Chair Cat Toy

Create a play area for your cat on a chair! Cut a piece of elastic to fit around the legs of the chair. Drill a hole through the center of various sizes of Styrofoam balls or craft foam balls. Paint the balls or glue fuzzy garlands or pom-poms onto the balls to create interesting cat toys. Thread the toys onto the elastic and tie the elastic around the legs of the chair.
