Storage Bin Litter Box House

Create a multi-room litter box area for your cat or ferrets! Draw a square around one corner of a storage bin, and cut out the top, bottom and side edge on the short side of the storage bin. Bend the plastic inward to create a hallway inside the bin. Measure the inside of the storage bin, cut a piece of PVC plate to the measurements needed and glue the plate along the lower edge of the hallway inside the bin. Fill the inner box area with litter, and set a litter scoop in the cubby area created by the doorway. Consider cutting a piece of carpet or doormat to fit along the floor of the hallway to gather litter from your pet’s paws as they exit.
