DIY Stuffed Apple Feeder

Turn an apple into a bird or squirrel feeder! Cut an apple in half lengthwise. Press a cookie cutter into the apple, then scoop out the shape, being sure to remove all apple seeds. Warm some coconut oil in a pan or bowl, then pour some of the warm oil into the apple to partially fill the hole. Pour bird seed into the liquid oil to finish filling the cavity. Put the apple in the refrigerator to solidify. Tie either end of a string to a screw, drill one screw into the apple and the other screw into a bench, fence or tree branch.
