Tuna Dog Biscuits

Bake a special treat for your dog! Use a food processor to grind the dry oatmeal into flour. Combine the canned tuna and the water in the food processor, then mix in the other ingredients. Knead the dough, roll it out, then use a cookie cutter or knife to cut shapes out of the dough for the treats. Bake the treats, allow them to cool, then store them in an airtight container.
