DIY Chomp Monster Cat Bed

Make a Mario Bros. themed bed for your cat! Get a large, hollow Styrofoam ball, cut the ball in half, and cut out a portion of one side to create the open mouth. Coat the Styrofoam ball with a gritty plaster to create a textured effect, paint the ball with nontoxic paint, and cover it with epoxy. Cut pieces of thick foam into pointed teeth, paint and seal them, then glue them onto the front edges of the mouth. Cut Styrofoam balls to make the eyes, paint and seal them, and glue them in place. Attach one end of a plastic chain to the back of the ball and the other end to the top of a wood box, and put a red blanket inside the monster’s mouth to create a bed area for your cats.
