Cardboard Tube Scratching Post

Make a scratching post for your cat! Cut cardboard tubes to the desired length and wrap each tube with sisal rope or cover the tubes with pieces of carpet. Place the tubes in a cluster and use sisal rope to tie each of the tubes to the neighboring tube. Glue the tubes to the bottom of a wooden wine box or homemade wood box and consider covering the box with carpet or sisal rope.
