Coconut Rat Sticky Cake

Ma special cake for your rats! Combine the dry ingredients and the gojiberries in a blender. Soak the raisins in water to re-hydrate them, remove them from the water and mix them with the ingredients in the blender. Add the olive oil and honey to the mixture and blend until the mixture becomes a dough-like consistency. Form pieces of the dough into cakes. Whisk coconut butter with lucuma powder until thick, pour the sauce over the cake, sprinkle sesame seeds onto the top for sprinkles and put the cake in the freezer briefly to let the icing set.
