DIY Bird E-Collar

Make a soft collar for your healing bird! Cut a toilet paper roll to the desired length, then cut the roll lengthwise so it can wrap around your bird’s neck. Wrap the caardboard collar with gauze so that it’s soft and sturdy, and tape the gauze in place. Roll a piece of gauze into a thick tube and tape the tube on the outside top edge of the collar to create a lip. Put the collar on your bird, wrap it with gauze to hold it in place, then wrap it with one small piece of gauze and tape that piece in place so only the small piece has to be replaced each time you remove the collar.
