DIY Bottle Treat Station

Make a treat dispensing station for your dog or use the station as a slow feeder! Get a chicken nest box or build one by cutting pieces of thin wood into the desired shapes and using wood glue to build the structure. If using a pre-made nest box, remove the back panel. Drill a hole in either top side of the nest box and hang a wood dowel between the holes. Drill a hole in either side of a 2-liter bottle, pour some treats or dog food into the bottle and hang the bottle on the stick. Consider adding a second bottle for extra fun or making a second treat station to accommodate multiple dogs at once, and paint or decorate the sides of the station. Show your dog how the station works until they get the hang of it.
