DIY Cat Doctor Who Costume

Dress your cat as Doctor Who for Halloween! Get a paper cup. Cut a piece of red fabric to wrap around the sides of the cup and a small circle for the top, then glue the fabric pieces in place. Poke two small holes in the base of the hat, attach a piece of elastic through the holes to make a chin strap, and attach a piece of red embroidery thread to the top of the hat. Cut two rectangle of fabric for the bow tie, glue the rectangles together, then pinch the middle to create the bow tie and wrap the middle with a strip of fabric. Glue the bow tie onto a red pet collar that fits your cat.
