DIY Cat Fish Stocking

Make a fish-shaped Christmas stocking for your cat! Print the template for the stocking or draw the shape for the stocking back and pocket onto a piece of paper and cut out the shapes. Trace the outline of the paper templates onto decorative fabric and cut out the shapes. Cut matching pieces for the back of the stocking from a piece of cotton lining and from another piece of decorative fabric. Sew the edges of the two decorative fabrics with the wrong sides together, lay the cotton liner on top, then fold out the decorative fabrics to put the liner inside the pocket. Sew a loop into the top edge of the stocking as you sew the stocking back closed. Repeat the process to make the front pocket of the stocking, then attach the pocket onto the stocking back and decorate the pocket.
