DIY Cucumber Christmas Tree

Make an edible Christmas tree for your guinea pig or rat out of a cucumber! Clean a cucumber, leaving the skin on it. Slice the cucumber at an angle to make oval-shaped pieces. Stand a tall wooden skewer on a plate, and put slices of cucumber onto the skewer one-by-one, rotating each one slightly to create a new branch of the tree. Put small chunks of colorful fruits or veggies that are safe for your pet on some of the tree branches, and attach a slice of pepper or strawberry on top of the tree. Sprinkle a white food around the base of the tree that is safe for your pet to look like snow, then line the edges of the dish with a leafy vegetable. Give the tree to your pet to admire and nibble.
