DIY Dog Ball Chair

Make a chair that looks like part of a ball for your dog! Tape a plastic cup over the nozzle on a yoga ball and set the ball on a large bowl for stability. Cover the back of the ball with paper mache, let the first layer of paper mache dry, then add additional layers. Cut a circle of wood, drill a hole in the center and attach a threaded rod in the hole. Attach a piece of PVC pipe over the threaded rod and cover the chair base with paper mache. Coat the ball and chair base with plaster, then remove the exercise ball and coat the inside of the chair with plaster. Sand the plaster smooth and paint the chair. Drill a hole in the base of the ball, set the ball on the threaded rod and cut the rod to the size needed. Cut pieces of foam to fit inside the chair, cover the foam pieces with fabric, attach the foam inside the chair with adhesive and line the edge of the chair with rope.
