DIY Dog Collar

Make a stylish new collar for your pet! Measure your dog’s neck for the collar, add half a dozen centimeters to the measurement and cut a piece of fabric to the length needed. Cut a piece of strapping to the same length, sew bias tape to both sides of the strapping and sew the fabric onto the strapping. Wrap one end of the collar through a buckle fastener, sew the fastener in place, sew a D-ring in place next to the buckle and attach the opposite buckle to the other end of the collar. Cut off any excess collar material and melt the edges of the collar with a lighter.
