DIY Driftwood Cat Tree

Construct a natural tree for your indoor cat to climb! Find or buy a large, sturdy piece of driftwood and a tree stump or chunk of wood. Remove any loose wood from the tree and sand both pieces of wood. Drill a hole down the center of the stump and up the base of the driftwood, and glue the pieces together on a wood dowel. Cut a groove in the top of a branch if necessary for hanging strings, chains and ribbons with cat toys attached. Drill holes in the stump to insert cat wands or other toys.
