DIY Foam Hermit Crab Ramp

Set up an aquarium for your crabs to use as a pool and make a ramp for them to easily climb in and out! Measure the top of the aquarium and cut a piece of thick, sturdy foam to fit across the top near one end of the tank as a deck. Cut a piece of foam for the ramp, poke holes along the edges of the deck and ramp, and attach the two pieces with zip ties. Cut a piece of plastic mesh to cover the top of the ramp, poke holes along the edges of the ramp, and use zip ties to attach the mesh in place. Hold a flat rock against the bottom of the ramp and use zip ties to tie the rock in place.
