DIY Jingle Bell Bracelets

Make holiday bracelet bands for your dog! Cut off the ends of shirt sleeves that have elastic ruffles or cut a rectangle of fabric, sew the long ends of the rectangle to make a tube and sew a piece of elastic into one edge of the tube. Sew jingle bells onto each bracelet and place the accessories on your dog.
