DIY Pet Identification Card

Make an identification card for your pet to ensure you can prove your ownership if your pet gets in the pound or to give friends or neighbors who help search for your lost pet. Find a recent, clear photo of your pet for the ID card and list your pet’s important information. Consider including medical information on the back of the card, such as the phone number of their primary vet, the date of their most recent immunizations, any allergies your pet may have or current medications they are taking.
