DIY Pet Party Dress

Sew a new dress for your dog or cat! Measure your pet and cut two pieces of fabric for the top of the dress and one piece of fabric for the skirt. Cut straps out of the fabrics and sew the straps into the top of the dress as you sew the hem the edges of the dress. Attach the skirt at the bottom of the dress and sew or glue Velcro fasteners to the belly straps.
