DIY Raffia Shredding Toy

Keep your bird entertained with a homemade preening toy! Gather a bundle of raffia and thread it through a D-ring or O-ring. Tie either side of the raffia bundle together with several strands of loose raffia, making a bow. Thread colorful beads onto a piece of leather string, knot either end of the leather string and tie it around the bundle. Clasp a lanyard clip onto the D-ring to hang the toy in your bird’s cage.
