DIY Rat Witch Hat

Dress your pet rat as a witch for Halloween! Measure the diameter of your rat’s head and cut a hole out of a piece of black felt that is the size needed. Use a white pencil to draw the shape of the hat on the felt just above the hole and draw a line around the lower half of the hole. Cut out the shape and put the front of your rat’s head through the hole so that the hat sits in front of your pet’s ears.
