DIY Standing Hedgehog Wheel

Make a free-standing wheel for your hedgehog! Get a short bucket that has a wide mouth. Attach a ball bearing on a roller blade wheel bolt. Cut pieces of PVC pipe to the lengths needed and assemble the pipes with PVC connector pieces to make the stand. Drill a large hole through the center of the bottom of the bucket and sets of smaller holes around the large hole, and drill hole through the back piece of the PVC stand. Attach the roller blade wheel on the bottom of the bucket with zip ties fastened through each set of the smaller holes, then attach the wheel bolt in the hole on the stand. Wipe a line of hot glue at evenly spaced intervals along the inside edge of the wheel to provide additional traction for your hedgehog if needed.
