DIY Tights Cat Toy

Turn a pair of children’s tights into a cat toy! Cut off one leg of the colorful tights and stuff the end of the tube with cellophane, wrapping paper or other noisy paper. Pour some catnip over the stuffing and knot the tights just above the paper. Continue filling the tights with cellophane and catnip, and tie the end of the tube in a knot. Draw eyes on the end of the tube to make a snake and give the new toy to your cat!
