DIY Tortoise Cheeseburger Costume

Dress your tortoise as a cheeseburger for Halloween! Measure your tortoise. Cut several circles of foam to make the beef patties, cut out the center of the circles, and attach one on top of the other. Paint the foam brown to look like hamburger meat and attach a piece of green fabric under the bottom of the burger patties to look like relish. Cut several more circles of foam to make the top bun, attach the foam together, then cover the foam with beige fabric and spray paint the top so it looks toasted. Add fluffy green fabric for lettuce, a triangle of foam for cheese, and any other toppings you like on top of the burger patties. Attach the bun on top and set the costume on your turtle’s shell.
