DIY Turtle Shark Costume

Dress your turtle as a shark for Halloween! Cut a piece of Styrofoam into the shape of a shark fin and wrap the Styrofoam with aluminum foil. Poke a hole through the bottom of the fin and tie a piece of elastic or rubber band through the hole.
