DIY Wire Mesh Bridge

Make a climbing structure for your hamster! Select a piece of wire mesh that has very small holes to prevent your pet’s foot from slipping into a hole accidentally. Cut the mesh into the ideal size for the bridge. Bend the mesh in half to make the top point of the bridge. Bend either end of the bridge to lay flat on the ground to make the structure more stable. Fold a piece of thick tape over each edge of the bridge to cover any sharp pieces of metal. Set up the bridge in your pet’s cage, using zip ties to hold the bridge against a wall of a wire cage or suction cups to hold it against the wall of a glass or plastic tank.
