Filing Cabinet Litter Box

Convert a filing cabinet into a container for your cat’s litter box! Remove the top drawer of the cabinet. Lay the cabinet on its side, look for any sharp metal pieces on the bottom that could scratch the floor and cut a piece of sticky felt to cover each metal piece. Remove the hanging file hardware from the remaining drawer and put a litter box in the drawer. If needed, cut off the lip of the litter box for it to fit better and cover any sharp edges with tape. Measure the file drawer, cut a piece of chip board to the size needed and set the chip board on top of the drawer along the front to create a ledge.
