Plastic Bag Pet Collar

Use one of your pet food bags to make your cat or dog a new collar! Measure your pet’s neck and add four inches to that number. Cut your pet food bag to the length needed and cut a pillowcase bag to the same size but double the length. Fold the pillowcase bag over the plastic bag and sew the edges shut. Attach a snap fastener to either end of the collar and feed a D-ring onto the collar to hang your pet’s tags.
