Plastic Bottle Birdhouse

Upcycle a plastic bottle into a birdhouse! Cut a hole in the side of the bottle for a doorway, poke a hole below the doorway and insert a wood dowel in the hole for a perch. Sponge the bottle with paint and paint decorations onto the birdhouse, such as a window or trim around the doorway. Use a heat gun to crack CDs into triangles, paint the CD pieces and use tape to attach each CD piece around the neck of the bottle in layers for roofing tiles. Poke a hole in the bottle cap, cut a piece of wire, bend the wire in half, place the ends of the wire through the hole in the bottle cap and fold out the ends of the wire inside the cap.
