Plastic Container Exercise Wheel

Use a plastic container to make an exercise wheel for your rodents! Poke a hole through the center of the lid and container, cut out pie slice shapes from the container lid and sand the cut edges of the plastic smooth. Unfold a wire hanger, feed wall anchors onto the hanger and bend the hanger into the shape needed for the stand. Sand the inside track of the wheel or cut grooves into the track for added traction and wrap the cut edges of plastic and exposed wire with tape. Poke a hole through the center of suction cups and place the suction cups on either side of the container as you place the wheel on the stand.
