Plastic Tube Hamster Staircase

Make a winding tunnel for your hamster to use as a staircase! Get a plastic tube and cut it to the length needed. Wind the tube into a spiral and use zip ties to hold the tube in place. Cut pieces of wood to an inch or two difference in length, stack the wood pieces to make stairs, and set the tunnel on the top of the wood stairs. Put something next to the tunnel for added stability and to provide your hamster with an interesting destination at the end of the tunnel, such as a tall vase filled with dirt for digging.
