Rice Cake Bird Treat

Hang a rice cake in your bird cage or yard! Poke a hole in the center of the rice cake and tie a decorative ribbon or string through the hole. Make several hanging rice cakes to use as Christmas ornaments for your indoor or outdoor trees. Paint a food coloring and water mixture onto the treats to add color.
