Sleeve Small Dog Sweater

Turn a sweater sleeve into a dog sweater! Cut the sleeve off of your sweater, measure your pet and cut off each end of the sweater for the necessary length and fit. Cut two large holes for your dog’s arms, sew a decorative fabric around each arm hole for a sleeve and hem the edge of the turtleneck. Hem the back edge of the sweater with a decorative fabric or ribbon and sew bows onto the back of the sweater.
