Squash Perch Frog Enrichment

Enrich your frog’s environment with a squash! Find a pumpkin, gourd or other squash that is an ideal size or shape for your frog or toad to climb and place the squash in your terrarium. Wash or replace the squash as needed. Use other sturdy vegetables during the summer, such as peppers or cucumbers, that will give your frog a fresh, new scent in their habitat, as well as a smooth surface to climb.
