DIY Cat Color Swatch Toy

Make this colorful toy for your cat! Cut a piece of rope. Cut small rectangles of felt in various colors. Cut or punch a hole in one corner of each square. Thread the fabric swatches onto the cord, occasionally adding bells as well. Thread a bell onto each end of the rope, then knot each end of the rope.
