DIY Barrel Bale Feeder

Provide your horses with a bale of hay in a slow feeder! Get plastic barrel that has a lid. Cut off the bottom of the barrel. Attach a new over the bottom of the barrel, hanging down enough to create an eating area for your horse. Mount the feeder on a fence or post at a height that your horse can eat from easily. Put a bale of hay in the barrel and put the lid on top to protect it from the rain.
