DIY Dog Hiking Backpack

Make a custom hiking backpack to fit your dog! Cut two rectangles of fabric to the desired length and width of the dog backpack and sew the edges shut. Cut two squares of fabric for the side pocket, sew the top of each square to a zipper and then sew the pocket shut. Make a second pocket and sew the pockets onto either side of the dog backpack. Cut pieces of nylon webbing for the straps and attach the straps to the front and bottom of each side with fastener clips on one end. Cut four strips of fabric for the strap padding, sew the padding into two rectangles and then sew the rectangles together with a hole on either end for the strap.
