DIY Parrot Armrest Perch

Build a perch on your armchair or sofa for your bird to sit with you! Cut a piece of 1/2-inch PVC pipe into the segments needed, connect the segments with PVC connectors and use PVC glue to secure the joints. Attach a drywall tray in the bottom shelf with L-brackets and wrap the perch in natural rope or twine. Consider covering the armrest with a garbage bag before attaching the bird perch.
