Gemstone Salamander Keepsake

Use a gemstone as an enrichment toy for your salamander! Get a smooth, shiny stone, such as hematite, which is larger than your axolotl’s head and too heavy for them to lift. Place the stone in your pet’s tank somewhere that your pet can appreciate it and that it will catch some light at various angles.
