Tennis Ball Mouse House

Shelter wild mice in the winter with tennis ball mouse houses! Cut a hole in the side of a tennis ball for a doorway, punch a small hole in the bottom of the tennis ball towards the back of the shelter and push a wood stick or dowel into the hole. Fill the mouse house with hay, straw or pine needles and sprinkle some wild bird seed inside as a housewarming present. Push the sticks firmly into the ground along river banks or among tall plants in your garden.
