DIY Jar Pressure Filter

Make a filter for your axolotl tank! Attach a piece of airline tubing to a submersible water pump and place the pump in the tank. Feed the end of the hose into the bottom of a jar, fill the jar with car wash sponges and place the jar in the tank with the top above the water level. Consider adding Bio Ceramic System cylinders or pond snails to the filter jar for additional filtering and cleaning.
