DIY Plastic Box Carrier

Make a carrier for your hamster! Get a modular latching box that has a handle and is a good size for your hamster. Remove any interior compartments in the box if needed. Drill several holes along the top edges of the box for ventilation. Furnish the box with bedding, a hamster hide, and anything else that your pet may need, such as a water bottle. Once your hamster is safely in the carrier, tie a ribbon around the carrier to ensure that the container remains closed even if the latch is accidentally opened.
