Cooler Salamander Air Conditioner

Make an air conditioner to keep your pet salamander cool! Cut a hole in each side of a small cooler, insert PVC pipe in the holes and cut holes in the lid of the tank for the ends of the PVC pipes. Drill a hole in the back of the cooler, attach a computer fan on either PVC pipe opening and feed the fan wires out the back of the cooler to a power supply. Fill the cooler with ice packs, place the lid on your salamander tank and replace the ice packs 2 – 3 times per day.
