DIY Bird Alert Cat Collar

Prevent your cat from killing birds by making a bright collar for it! Get a brightly-colored hair scrunchie. Cut the scrunchie and the elastic band inside it. Sew the cut edges of the fabric shut with the elastic band along each seam to hold it in place. Attach a snap closure on either side of the scrunchie. Put the collar on your cat and ensure that it is not too tight.
