DIY Cat Fish Costume

Dress your cat as a fish for Halloween! Measure your cat. Draw the outline of the fish on a piece of newspaper, cut out the paper template, and use the template to cut the shape out of felt. Cut pieces of felt to wrap over your cat’s belly and chest, cut the middle in half, and sew those pieces onto the fish outline. Decorate the fish with fabric pieces cut to look like scales and other markings, and attach Velcro fasteners on either side of the belly area. Glue pipe cleaners onto the nose area of the fish to create whiskers.
