DIY Coconut Canary Nest

Make a nest for you canaries! Cut a coconut in half, clean out the pulp from the coconut and sand the shell smooth. Cut a piece of wood for the backboard and drill the coconut onto the wood. Crochet a bowl to fit inside the nest as a cushion or use rope to make a coiled bowl. Drill holes through the backboard and use pieces of wire to hang the nest in your bird’s cage.
